OFFERED SALARY: Rs 8000-9000/Month

WALK_IN DATES: 15th to 17th October 2012 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Any graduates

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 0 - 1 Year 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be  any graduate from a recognized university or institution.
• Should have 0 to 1 year of experience in any industry(BPO's and call centre experience is desirable).
• The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and verbal ability.
• Should have the ability to effectively introduce products & services.
• Should have the ability to understand customer tones & be deft in handling customer queries.
• Should have good Problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The selected candidate is responsible for handling the issues from the customer.
• Should take inbound based voice calls.
• Should resolve the issues and provide trouble ticket to the customer.
• Should escalate/ transfer the call to L2 Handling in case of further assistance is required for closing the issue.
