CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • The Candidates should have completed BS degree in CS from any recognized university or related technical field OR equivalent experience in programming software for systems and/or applications.
  • Should have the knowledge of Remedy AR System or CMDB and knowledge and understanding in Windows/UNIX system L2 level
  • Should possess knowledge and understanding of Database Administration, Oracle, SQL, DB2 etc. – L2 Level
  • The candidate should have exceptional trouble shooting ability and proven customer service management expertise.
  • Should have excellent written & verbal communication
  • The candidate should have the ability to learn and effectively utilize Customer Support tools/resources.
  • Should be proactive in learning new versions, products, modules.  
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The candidate should be responsible for providing Premier technical support of BMC/Remedy products and related software products. 
  • The Job scope includes trouble shooting and solving issues of moderate to complex scope related to AR system products and integrations. 
  • Should also Identify and report defects to higher levels of Support.
  • Should respond to and resolve all customer inquiries (via phone, e-mail, web).
  • Should maintain clear and concise ticket documentation with all required data and fields.
