CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be a B.E/B.tech(Mechanical) graduates or diploma holders in mechanical stream, under any recognized university.
• The candidate should be 2012 pass out and the candidates having 7 months to 2 years experience can also apply for this post.
• The minimum cut off for diploma holders and degree holders is 60% aggregate throughout all semesters.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Initially selected Candidates will undergo training under different departments like production, maintenance, R&D etc.
• Training starts with induction, orientation,OJT and so on.
• The posting will be given at any of the everest plant upon the completion of training period

SELECTION PROCESS:

• Round 1: Aptitude Test & Technical Test (45mins each) which is Evaluation & Filtration round.
• Round 2:Group Discussion and One to One Interview.
• Round 3:Final Interview will be conducted for  short listed candidates at the HO with Executive Director.
