JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Service Desk Associate at Dimension Data, the work will be fundamental in analyzing our client's infrastructure and related architectures, and providing strategies and solutions. 
• The selected candidate will be the person tasked with maximizing the client's technology efficiency to promote growth and reduce costs. 
• Will focus on the hardware and software life cycles such as hardware platforms, n-tier levels, databases, operating systems and storage.
• Need to develop business orientated disaster recovery plans and guidelines to protect the IT facilities of our clients.
