CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be B.E/B.Tech graduate from any recognized university.
• Must have good command over English Fluency, Vocabulary and pronunciation.
• Ability to understand the basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts.
• Should have the user level familiarity with atleast one e-mail clients-Outlook,Notes etc.
• Should have good questioning skills/probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the caller.
• The candidate should not have any backlogs. 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

The candidates are requested to bring the following documents the campus drive.

• Printed hall ticket
• copies of their CV's/Resume
• 3 passport size photographs.
• Original mark sheets and other documents .  

SELECTION PROCESS:

• Round 1: The candidates will be called for Group Discussion.
• Round 2:Aptitude test
