CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or equivalent work experience.
• Should have customer service experience and experience working with multiple managers is preferred.
• The candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Must be able to interact and communicate with all project team members.
• Should have excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Project Assistant executes upon the project tasks and deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion as set by the Project Manager.
• The candidate is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple project managers in a fast paced environment.
• The Project Assistant must ensure the timely delivery of the project work to the appropriate Kenexa team members.
• Must be knowledgeable regarding appropriate client contracts, to ensure that clients are receiving the services as stated in the contract and able to answer any internal team questions that may arise.
• The Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all project work.
