CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be have completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from any recognized university.
• Should have Strong C programming and software engineering skills.
• The candidate should possess Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Should have the sound understanding of Operating System concepts.
• The candidate should have strong embedded systems design, programming, debugging and problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Software Engineer, the position involves working with Standards, Systems, Firmware, Hardware, Protocol Layer Software and Test teams to gather requirements.
• Also involve in design and implementation of WCDMA Physical Layer features on the QCT modem product lines.
• This position is exciting and challenging opportunity to work on a cutting edge 3G wireless standard. 
• Prior experience in modem software (Layer 1) design, implementation, debugging, testing and commercialization in UMTS, GERAN, CDMA or related technologies highly desired.
