JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The role holder is responsible under supervision, for processing various transactions in accordance with applicable procedures, service standards and operational instructions.
  • Need to receive and deal efficiently and effectively with customer enquiries and transaction requests.
  • Should initiate resolution of customer requirements, process transactions within scope; notify Team Leader for escalation.
  • Should deliver agreed service (reports/letters/data updating etc) as per service standards – transaction processing in case of makers and transaction checking to ensure error free service delivery.
  • Need to record and identify process improvement opportunities and communicate feedback to Team Leader.
