CANDIDATE PROFILE:  

• The candidate should be a graduate  in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Commerce from any recognized university.
• Should have 0-2 years of work experience in relevant field.
• The candidate should always keep an eye for details and should possess good communication skills.
• Should have good analytical and independent problem solving skills.
• Should have good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Access.
•  Understanding of the Six Sigma methodology with an emphasis on process analysis and process control.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Business Analyst , the candidate is responsible for preparing monthly Six Sigma Reports using MS-PowerPoint.
• Should involve in Designing / Creating control charts using MS-Excel.
• Analyze processes by referring to Control charts and identify causes of sigma variations & process variations
• The Analyst need to intimate Business Units of the causes of process variation and ascertain reasons causes for such variation, to communicate the same to Senior Management
• Should maintain the track on-going and implemented Six Sigma projects at Ocwen.
