CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc graduates Preferably Civil engineer or M.Sc in organic chemistry post graduate from any recognized university.
• Candidates should  have good communication skills and analytical ability.
• Should have knowledge of construction materials                          
• Should have knowledge of  Construction polymers and applications
   

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an assistant manager, the work is to involve in the construction polymer application laboratory that includes technical report / monthly report preparation.   
• Need to provide technical support to sales team by evaluating / reporting competition polymers / providing solutions on water proofing/mortar modification 
• The candidate need to visit customers for presentation, technical problem solving, product promotion, etc.  
• To work on projects received from customers for cost reduction / quality improvement, etc.    
• To upgrade technical skills of sales team through training / Sales promotional tools.
