• Should be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and internet.
• The candidate should be a Team player and excellent networking skills.
• Should have the ability to work under a challenging work environment.
• Ability to establish relationships with consultants and other associates.
• The candidate should be Willing to stretch as per business requirements.
• Candidates from South Delhi will be preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Recruiter, the incumbent will be responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and negotiation to post offer follow up
• Should also involve in the works of Sourcing resumes from Job sites, job groups and references.
• Should perform screening & Shortlisting candidates as per the job requirement.
• Will be responsible for Setting interviews, and following up till the candidates join.
