CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be a graduate,pursuing Company Secretaryship Course and passed out the Intermediate level from any recognized institution. 
• Since this is an Intern 0-1 year Industrial experience is sufficient for applying this post.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As an Intern-Finance, the candidate will assist in the maintenance of Statutory Books and other documents. 
• Should assist in preparation of files, papers, documents and responses as and when required under Company Law, Tax Laws and other applicable laws.
• Need to look after the maintenance of all the compliance under corporate & other applicable laws.
• Should assist in planning, documentation and implementation of internal control processes (under Indian GAAP & US GAAP).
• Assist in preparing and implementation of all compliance norms under Fire & Safety policy, Pollution control and other general compliance.
• Should also look after all other functional requirement under Finance function.
