CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The Candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university.
• Should have experience in community development or social work is preferable, but not mandatory.
• Exceptional candidates who are from a diploma background and have a passion for urban transformation and willingness and ability to learn quickly would also be considered.
• Should have strong written and oral communication skills. Kannada knowledge is preferable.
• The candidate should feel comfort in reaching out to new communities such as apartments, slums, resident welfare associations etc.
• Should have the ability to work against tight deadlines and with wide variety of internal and external stakeholders such as diverse citizen groups, slum-dwellers etc.
• Should be willing to frequently travel in the city and should be able to manage small to medium sized volunteer teams of 5-8 persons. 
• Must possess strong event management skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Intern-Graphics Hardware Engineer, the candidate should ensure platform and its components have the best performance. 
• Should have the ability to power balance specifically focusing on graphics hardware components.
• Should involve in research and development of next generation platform designs to continually improve the performance. 
• Should also conducts system analysis on proprietary and competition platforms, develops advanced hardware tuning and overclocking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• A field associate would be involving in the entire operational aspect of the project – from planning to implementation of the various nuances of the project.
• Should conduct surveys of various entities such as residential areas, commercial establishments and institutions in the city. 
• Should also assist in organizing seminars for various communities and motivate them to join the Community of Practice of active citizens.
• These seminars will be organized to gather people to recommend improvements for infrastructure gaps in waste management in the city.
