• The candidate should have completed any Degree in Business  from any recognized university.
• Must be able to work as a  team player and should possess possess problem solving and analytical ability
• Should have 0-1 year of experience in  customer service.
• Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be able to work in a fast pace production work environment. 
• Should consistently meet individual production metrics and business SLA goals
• Must be able to prioritize work with competing priorities
• Experienced working with Microsoft Outlook and Excel spreadsheets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Claims Associate in Enrollment, the candidate should look after the Log received provider enrolments in CRM
• Need to review provider enrollments for completion and should send provider enrollments to payers for approval.
• Should also follow up with payers for status of enrollment approvals.
• Need to maintain records in CRM payer enrollment approvals & rejections.
