CANDIDATE PROFILE:   

• The candidate should have completed a minimum Graduate in any stream with good academic track record from a recognized university.Management graduates will be a plus.
• Previous work experience in the IT/BPO/KPO industry is desirable
• Should be willing and ready to work in shifts.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Review Analyst-Valuations, the work involves reviewing default appraisals, broker price opinion (BPO) covering all residential property types.
• Should perform quality control of default appraisals and BPO.
• Need to assess performance of certified / licensed appraisers and brokers.
  Communicate with the vendors wherever required and handle all rebuttals with respect to default appraisals, BPOs from clients.
• Should follow-up with appraisers and brokers for undelivered or late orders.
