CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should have completed  Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized university or 1 or more years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Should have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards.
• Should have the experience in software design and development and have strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• A strong understanding of basic to complex concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.
• Should have the ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Sustaining Engineer the selected candidate will  provide technical support for released products through product end of life. 
• Specific areas of focus will be in diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing software and hardware issues. 
• Need to troubleshoot protocols running on NetApp hardware to assist customer with problem isolation and resolution. 
• To be successful in this role, the candidate  must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner and be someone who embraces challenges.
