CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech(Electronics/Electrical/allied subjects)graduate from any recognized university.
  • The candidate should have completed CCNA course & CCNP knowledge with good concepts.
  • Should have good Troubleshooting knowledge  of LAN/ WAN/ Desktop.
JOB DESCRIPTION: 
  • As a Staff Associate-Network Support, the candidate will perform Basic Problem Determination / Resolution & Perform Basic Change Mgmt. 
  • Vendor management as appropriate (open ticket with vendor and escalate as appropriate). 
  • Documenting actions in the problem record. Contact other support groups or organizations as required. 
  • Need to maintain Customer / Account focus, Participate in RCA and support Network changes. 
  • Engage hands and eyes support as required and route call to next level of support as required. 
  • Engage the recovery management process (crit sit, NSAM, MI, Executive Alert processes).
