CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree from any reputed institute. 
• Must posses 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience.
• Should have Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analysis skills and attention to detail. 
• The candidate must possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
• Should have the proven ability in multi-tasking and working as both, an individual contributor and within a team environment in small and large-scale projects a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills a plus. Retail software and / or industry experience a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• As a member of the technical/process QA division, the candidate will apply basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures to improve and maintain product quality standards. 
• Design systems for recording and analyzing of product quality levels. Develop product quality control inspection specifications and techniques and interpret these trends.
• Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards.
• Should develop and executes software test plans. 
• Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures and need to maintain documentation of test results.
• Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
