CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should have completed any graduate degree from a recognized university. 
• Should exhibit killer attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Must have excellent written, verbal and data visualization skills with experience creating executive-ready documents and analysis.
• Should be a team player with a “hands on”, entrepreneurial mind-set and process-oriented
• 0-3 years of web design and development required and professional services industry experience preferred
• Experience with CMS tools like Word press, Joomla, Magento desired. 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The web developer will work most closely with the CEO, COO and the Marketing Department. 
• The web developer is also expected to interface with the clients which includes requirement gathering, solution creation, as needed.
• Will be responsible for the design and development of the companys' website and for its clients, including Graphic design, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media Promotion.
• Need to perform Web server stress testing (how much traffic can a web server running a specific application endure before collapsing).
