Eligibility :

• BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT/ ECE)/ MCA from 2011/ 2012 batches with an aggregate of 60% and above.
• NIIT/GNIT certifications candidates are preferred.

Job Description :

• The Training team is responsible for deploying diverse learning methods that empower and encourage employees to learn on a continuous basis, transform themselves into world class professionals & apply their knowledge to the fullest potential.
• Instructional Designer will work closely with project managers and employees to help capture learning needs and offer learning solutions within a highly dynamic working environment.
• They will be responsible for leading the planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation of learning materials for Akamai University.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze learning needs, determine project goals, learning objectives, and performance measurements by collaborating with subject matter experts and project managers
• Design and develop learning content using instructional design strategies in a variety of methods including instructor-led, web-based and virtual training
• Work with graphic designer/sound designer/animator and software engineers to develop program elements.
• Ensure quality control of instructional design and content.
• Administer pilots to evaluate and revise training materials.
