JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The candidate is responsible for debugging, installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting production user applications and batch jobs.
• The main function of this position is to minimize interruptions to the application engineers on routine support issues. 
• The selected candidate will function as 1st and 2nd level support on all vendor and in-house applications.
• Additional responsibilities include desktop support, system administration, and application development.
