CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech(Electrical/Telecommunication/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent) from any recognized university.
• Should have the Telecom industrial experience.
• Having any Certification course completion certificate related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.
• Should have possess good knowledge of service networks/GSM Network/WCDMA network/LTE/IMS Network service applications.
• Should possess basic Knowledge of services and service applications implementation/ integration processes along with Access, Core, Transport & Service Networks.
• Should have excellent Proficiency in written/Spoken English & Hindi.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The candidate should perform the surveillance activities and ensure that all the events on a network get escalated to the relevant function.
• Need to ensure Security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives of the organization.
• Need to perform fault remedy actions requiring on site presence is dispatched timely (as per the SLA / KPI) to the field operations organizations.
