CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university.
• Should have experience working as a business analyst within Financial Services, ideally in Prime brokerage/Clearing domain.
• Should have strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Should be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Must be able to clearly organize and document user requirements into formal Business Requirements, Process Flows, and Functional Requirements.
• Should possess excellent information gathering skills, written and verbal communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate should act as liaison with business users and clients to understand requirements, issues and concerns.
• Should drive Drive and own projects to completion. 
• Should involve in production of formal documentation detailing business and functional requirements.
• Need to provide business support for all relevant platforms.
• Should perform problem investigation and resolution in liaison with offshore teams.  
• Should maintaining exceptional customer service levels and Adhering to appropriate policies, standards and best practices.
