• The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.tech graduate in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering from any recognized university.
• The candidate should possess strong knowledge in SDH /DWDM / SONET technologies,Ethernet/IP  Technology ,SDH Multiplexer’s ,and GMPLS.
• Should possess knowledge in OSS systems and should have hand On experience on Various Vendor NMS/ EMS like Ciena , ECI , Marconi , Tejas.
• Should possess excellent written & Oral Communication skills.
• Should be committed to service excellence, customer centric, taking ownership of  activities, positive and a good listener.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a Executive Network,the candidate should design of TCL Product Features into network,understand the Design Parameters, and design the solution into Database.
• Should understand  network designs and plan the augmentation,explain the plan to  peers and team and communicate with Field Operations, NOC.
• Should perform network Optimization & Plans,identify Bandwidth Crunch Areas, need to update the database.
• Should bring the team to the required level of functional expertise.
