CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be BE/B.Tech graduate in Computer Science or related field from a recognized university(Post-graduation in computer science preferred). 
• Should have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience working in software industry preferably for a product based company.
• Should be exposure to Web technologies like Servlets, JSP, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• The candidate should possess strong experience working with Java language.
• Should be experienced with web frameworks like Struts/JSF and UI frameworks like Prototype/Dojo/Yahoo UI.
• Having strong knowledge XML based technologies. 
• The candidate should be results Oriented,Should have creative thinking,good Communication Skills and verbal ability. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• As a member of the engineering team, the candidate will work on enhancement projects to improve the user experience of PEGA Rules Process Commander, a core offering of the Pegasystems’ BPM Suite.
• Smart forms that respond to user circumstance with relevant questions and actions.
• Should be intent-driven UI that guides agents and customers in their interactions.
• Should be exposure to composite applications and mash ups that merge content from many sources for a richer experience.
