CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be B.E/B.Tech/MCA graduate from any recognized university.
• Good communication Skills and able to work in a team.
• Have strong Microsoft Office product skills.
• Should be familiar with enterprise management systems (SFDC, SAP) - preferred
• Should have good Analytical skills and problem solving ability.
• Use creative approach leading to improvement of existing pricing, processes, and tools
• Should be empathetic to the needs of the business and adaptable to changing business needs.
• The candidate should have a minimum 1 -2 years experience in database environment and candidate is expected to support working in US timings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The candidate need to work with the HBS Data Steward Team which provides control and governance of the quality of customer data that is entered into our systems. 
• IThe responsibility of this team to maintain existing customer data & ensure that our customer accounts are created in database with updated information.
  Should involve in creation/Management of customer accounts, handling duplications in SAP/SFDC.
• Should involve in research & Validation of HBS Customers and also engage in CRM Reporting and Analytics.
• The candidate will create leads for customers and assigning them to respective Sale Leaders.
