CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Computer Science/Environmental Science)graduate or should be a Post Graduate in Geo-informatics, Remote Sensing, Earth Sciences from a reputable institution.
• Should have strong working knowledge of ERDAS Imagine, ENVI and ESRI GIS software product.
• Should possess hands on experience in remote sensing and numerical techniques.
• Strong knowledge in VB.Net, C#, C++ etc will be a added advantage.
• The candidate must have basic knowledge/understanding in developing geo-spatial data and data components for catastrophe risk insurance industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The candidate will be responsible for all production activities involving image processing, feature extraction, analysis and identification of the regions.
• Need to maintain and deliver the geospatial data and data components on time with highest quality for RMS products.
• Should be responsible for research driven process enhancement initiative to meet the client requirements.
• The candidate should be responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis of satellite/ aerial images.
