- The candidate should have completed Engineering Degree with 0-3 years of work experience in a similar environment.

- Should ensure that ALL alerts generated by our monitoring systems are investigated, incidents raised and the colleagues communicated.
- Need to progress Service requests to ensure they are carried out on time and accurately.
