CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech/MCA  graduate from any recognized university.
• Should possess good communication skills and verbal ability.
• Should have at least 6 months experience in Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
• Should have awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
• Should have proficiency in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
• Should have strong understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP ¿ configuration options and Troubleshooting.  
• The candidate is required to have very strong computer skills, who will perform problem cause analysis, resolve routine customer problems and/or more complex problems, and resolve routing and customer problems all within set criteria.
