CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The Candidates should be B.Tech/ B.E/Diploma graduate from any recognized university.
- Should have aggressive sales attitude and good technical knowledge.
- The candidate should be accurate and disciplined in reporting.
- Should have good communication skills (spoken and written) and verbal ability.
- Should exhibit good people skills – personal interaction and over phone/email.
- Should have the capacity of quickly adapting to changes.
- Should be willing to work for extended hours whenever required.
- Should have strong team skills and should be customer focused (internal and external alike).
- Should have the ability to work fluently with Excel, word and SAP.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Sales Assistant manager, the candidate should increase sales at existing dealers / distributor in line with X+1 plan.
- Should develop system of weekly / monthly price list in sync with movement of raw material prices.
- Need to develop direct accounts + non exclusive dealers for forming wires which include wire for general purpose, weaving, cold heading etc.
- Co-ordinate communication and action between internal sales and customers for payment problems, whenever they occur.
- Target v/s actual performance on sales, receivables with month and year to date update.
